Send the order. Your cart reaches us by email and WhatsApp.

Share artwork. PDF with 3 mm bleed. We check it and tell you if anything needs fixing.

Pay. M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, card or bank transfer.
- 05
Receive. Delivered in Dar es Salaam and to major towns across Tanzania.

Before you order
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, CDR, and PNG or JPEG at 300 dpi or higher. Files should be CMYK with 3 mm bleed on all sides.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. Express production in 1–2 days is available for most products. Ask us on WhatsApp if you have a fixed deadline.
Do you deliver outside Dar es Salaam?
Yes. We deliver to Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Moshi, Zanzibar, Morogoro, Tanga and other major towns.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. You receive a VAT receipt for every order.
Do you check my artwork?
Every file is reviewed before it goes to press. If we find a problem with bleed, resolution or colour mode, we tell you before printing.
I do not have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Our studio designs logos, flyers, banners and full brand identities. Tell us what you need when you order, or start a project with the studio.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If the error is ours, we reprint at no cost. If it is in the supplied artwork, we offer a discounted reprint. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
